OzFoodHunter is pleased to introduce Oz Restaurant Admin App in play store.
It comes with the salient features.
The RX admin can view or edit the following details from the App.• Access the order details, accept and cancel the orders (Request to OZ)• New order details are alerted immediately with a notification sound• View and accept table bookings• View and edit menu dishes and disable dishes • View and edit menu delivery areas• View and Request special offers• Modify delivery areas and pick up/delivery option• Modify or Add delivery driver details• View the Rx reviews and reply • Change the Rx trading times and modify the Rx hours during Public holiday• View and download invoices for the orders• Update contact/bank details including ABNFor Drivers: • View the allocated orders in their logged in profile• Start the delivery to the customer address• Contact customer• Use the Google navigation for customer locationOrder Delivery process:After Rx admins receive a new order, they can allocate a delivery driver to deliver the food in the Admin app.
Driver should login to the OZ admin and check the delivery in the driver’s order list.
The delivery drivers should press the “Start Deliver Button” in the app before commencing to deliver.
After the delivery, the driver should take signature of the customer in the App signature pad and press submit.
Once the process is completed, the Admins can re- route the drivers to other delivery areas.
